Group Chief Executive Officer
Heather Joseph brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience and over 15 years of leadership in behavioral health. She began her career in physical healthcare, working across OBGYN, Orthopedics, and acute care settings before transitioning into behavioral health in 2011. Heather has been part of the Twelve Oaks team for nearly three years and now serves as the Group CEO for Florida specialty facilities. She has led military mental health programs and brings a strong understanding of the unique needs of active‑duty service members, veterans, and their families. Heather, her husband, and her brother‑in‑law are all retired from the United States Coast Guard, deepening her connection to the military community.
With extensive experience leading clinical teams, she is committed to expanding access to high‑quality, compassionate care. Heather is excited to continue her work with Twelve Oaks and to support the Navarre/Pensacola community.
