Ingrid Webb, LCSW

Director of Clinical Services

Ingrid brings decades of hands-on experience to Twelve Oaks Recovery Center, with a diverse background spanning hospice care, the Department of Juvenile Justice, and the Department of Family and Children Services. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Auburn University and a Master of Social Work from Troy University. Ingrid is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida and is certified in several evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Throughout her career, Ingrid has served in a variety of roles, including hospice and medical social worker, child abuse investigator, social work supervisor, and assistant clinical director. With more than 30 years of experience supporting children, adults, and families through emotional, physical, and psychological trauma, she is deeply passionate about helping individuals find their path to healing, recovery, and purpose. A staunch advocate for mental health awareness, Ingrid finds great joy in walking alongside clients as they take control of their lives, overcome challenges, reduce symptoms, and achieve their personal goals.

Outside of work, Ingrid enjoys reading, spending time at the beach, deep-sea fishing, and being with her family and her beloved French Bulldog, Murphy.
