Director of Business Development
Katie Gramling is the director of business development for Twelve Oaks Recovery Center, where she leads strategic outreach and partnership development across the Gulf Coast to expand access to behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment services. She collaborates with healthcare providers, employers, and community stakeholders to strengthen referral networks and improve continuity of care.
Katie earned her Master of Healthcare Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport. She also holds degrees in Psychology (Industrial and Organizational) and Human Services (Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation). Katie is the co‑founder of the AL South Spiritual Care Network alongside Dr. Charles Dent, an initiative focused on bridging the gap between mental health and faith communities.
She lives in Mobile, Alabama, with her husband, three children, and numerous animals.
